At Leadnax, we provide professional digital marketing, SEO, branding, and web development services. Due to the nature of digital services and the time, resources, and expertise invested in each project, the following refund policy applies to all services offered by Leadnax.
1. No Refund Due to Change of Mind
Once a client signs up for any Leadnax service or package, refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind, change of plans, or personal decision. By completing the signup or payment process, the client confirms that they agree to proceed with the selected service.
2. No Refund After Project Has Started
Once a project has started or our team has allocated resources, planning, or development work toward the project, no refunds will be issued. Digital marketing and development services require time, planning, and technical resources that cannot be reversed once work begins.
3. No Refund After Project Completion
A project will be considered completed once the final deliverables, files, website access, or agreed services have been provided to the client.
After a project is completed and delivered, Leadnax will not issue any refunds under any circumstances.
4. Monthly Marketing & SEO Services
For SEO, digital marketing, or other monthly services, payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. Clients may cancel future services, but refunds will not be issued for the current billing period.
5. Revisions Instead of Refunds
If a client is not satisfied with a particular deliverable, Leadnax may offer reasonable revisions or adjustments based on the agreed project scope instead of issuing a refund.
6. Refund Request Process
If a client believes they have a valid concern regarding a payment, they must contact Leadnax customer support via WhatsApp to discuss the matter.
Refund-related inquiries submitted through other channels may not be processed.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Leadnax support will be considered a violation of this policy and our service terms. Clients are encouraged to contact our support team first so that we can resolve the issue professionally.
8. Policy Acceptance
By purchasing, signing up, or making any payment for Leadnax services, the client automatically agrees to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
9. Policy Updates
Leadnax reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
